This event is for Professionals and Amateurs* who are NOT:

-Members of the PGA Tour for the 2015-2016 season
-2016 members of the Web.com Tour or Champions Tour (Regular Member)
-Recipients of the three CPGA Section exemptions into the Event Qualifier
-Former PGA Tour Members (2013-2015)
-Players who have made a cut on the PGA Tour in the 2015-2016 season
- Players who are in the top 100 on the World Golf Rankings as of the Pre-Qualifying deadline
-Players in the PGA Tour event immediately preceding the Event Qualifier.
