PLAYERS' RECEPTION:
Pinewild CC will host a player's reception the evening of Monday, November 30 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Tee gifts, beverages, and hors d'oeuvres will be provided at this time. We hope you'll be able to attend and personally thank the sponsors for their support.

GLOBAL GOLF SALES:
Par-3 Shootout - Prior to the players' reception, Global Golf Sales will be conducting its season ending par-3 shootout where those who qualified will be vying for cash prizes. Spectators are welcome!

Closest to the Pin Contest & Skins - Global Golf Sales will be running both contests during the Pro-Pro at a course and on a hole to be determined.

ROTATION:
All three courses will be used each day. The rotation will be ALPHABETICALLY from Mid South to Pinehurst No. 4 to Pinewild. If you start at Pinewild, you’ll to Mid South next.

FORMATS:
Mid South - Four-Ball Stroke Play
Pinehurst No. 4 - Modified Alternate Shot
Pinewild - Captain's Choice

The modified alternate shot format will consist of both players on each team teeing off. Each player will then hit his/her partner's second shot. A ball will be selected, and the partners will alternate from there until the ball is holed. This procedure is carried out even on par-3 holes.

COURSE ASSIGNMENTS:
Course assignments will be created after Tuesday, November 24.

STARTING TIMES:
Each round will commence at 10:00 AM via shotgun start.

PRACTICE ROUNDS:
Contact the host clubs in advance for availability. For Pinehurst No. 4, call (910) 295-3186, and wait until five days prior.

SENIOR DIVISION:
In order to compete in the senior division, both partners must be 50 years of age or older. If there are fewer than eight (8) senior teams, there WILL NOT be a senior division, and all teams will be placed in the main contest.

TEES: (subject to change)

Mid South Club - Men from the BLUE tees (6,577 yds.), Women from the GREEN tees (5,655 yds.), and Seniors from the WHITE tees (6,170 yds.)

Pinehurst No. 4 - Men from the BLUE tees (6,658 yds.), Women from the adjusted GREEN tees (5,677 yds.), and Seniors from the WHITE tees (6,214 yds.).

Pinewild - Men from the adjusted BLUE tees (6,742 yds.), Women from the adjusted GOLD tees (5,519 yds.), and Seniors from the adjusted WHITE tees (6,201).

TIES:
If there is a tie in either the main pro-pro or senior pro-pro contests (with all rounds completed), there will be a sudden death playoff at Pinewild CC of Pinehurst using the four-ball stroke play format.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
In the event that inclement weather forces the cancellation of one or more rounds, three (3) separate champions will be declared and three (3) separate purses will be paid. If a round is canceled, teams will rotate to the next course the next day. In the event that teams are tied under this scenario, all ties will share equally. There will be no refunds distributed and all monies will be paid accordingly.
